Welcome to Elevre. By purchasing our digital templates or contracting our web architecture services, you agree to the following terms of use.

1. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and digital assets provided on this website remain the intellectual property of Elevre. Upon purchasing a template, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the code for your own commercial or personal projects.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may use our digital templates to build websites for yourself or your clients. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or lease the raw templates or source code as your own standalone digital product.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our digital templates and architectures are provided "as-is." Elevre is not liable for any issues arising from third-party server configurations, software conflicts, or data loss occurring during the implementation of our codebases by external parties.

4. Managed Services

For clients utilizing our managed hosting and deployment services, specific service level agreements (SLAs) and monthly maintenance terms will be detailed in your individual client contract.
